Side Notes: Shaded by Banana trees and Mulched with the banana leaves. AA screens 18, minor to no defects, no black beans, superior quality and slightly “foxy” due to extra fermentation process – this can cause doubtful taste, or free it from any foreign tastes.
Cupping Notes: Earthy in flavor, medium body and acidity.
