Process: AA Screens 17/18, highest grade. Hand Picked and sorted. Fermented before washed for 1 to 2 days. Water is recycled 4 times, then used for irrigation.

Caffeine Content: 1.36%

Number of Trees: 203 Million Productive Trees

Harvest: 1st harvest October to December, 2nd Harvest June/August

Side Notes: Only .01% of coffee plantations are Robusta due to novice attempts of the natives at cultivation. Tearing out coffee trees or destroying plantations is illegal.

Cupping Notes: Clean, well rounded coffee, sweet like chocolate with a hint of nut.
