The Kaladi Brothers Coffee cafe at JL Tower had one "totally rad" 1980's Halloween party. The staff at JL Tower dressed to the nines for a Prom in 1986 (the photo on the right is of JL Kaladi staff, Mandy -in the powder blue - and Daniele). Staff snapped photos of those who showed up in costume. Customers were entered into a drawing for the prom King and Queen of the day, the prize was a $100 Kaladi gift card. In addition, plenty of freebies were given away for hourly drawings all day.

Darrel and Mandy were crowned Prom King and Queen. Best costume went to the Roller Derby Clan. Free coffee cards went to all nine of them (three of them are in the photo on the right). Click Here to view all of the photos.
