Side Notes: French Roast is a term used to describe a darker roasted coffee. Our French comes from our Colombia coffee, just roasted at a higher temp. France has been a part of two major roles in the coffee industry, the first is the stealing of a seedling by Mathew De Clue, who sacrificed his own water rations to save the single seedling so it could be cultivated in a free world environment. The other role was the invention of the crude espresso machine in 1822.

Cupping Notes: Bold Body, mild acidity, bittersweet finish.
