Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Grade 2.

Process: Machine Cleaned, Hand Picked, Electronic Sorted, Dried on “Earth Ground” Flowers generally stay on trees during entire maturation process, creating a jasmine-like flavor, also referred to as winey.

Side Notes: Actually called Yrga Cheffe, it is a lesser grade coffee than Dijimah and Harrar. This classification from various roasters and buyers is irrelevant due in part that their bases of cupping on this particular coffee are not on actual taste, but on cost.
