Side Notes: Both Huila and Cauca. North and Southern regions staggered in crop cycle. Colombia is a popular coffee due to yearly growth. Generally, this coffee is harvested from October through February for the first crop, and April through June for the second.

Cupping Notes: Creamy smooth aromatic coffee with a light finish.
